The Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) was founded by a consortium of organizations to fill the gap that existed on a national level to assure quality of care and excellence in service to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related illnesses, and to their caregivers and families.

AFA's mission is to provide optimal care and services to individuals confronting dementia, and to their caregivers and families - through member organizations dedicated to improving quality-of- life. AFA believes that by raising awareness of the disease and educating healthcare professionals and the public at large, we will: help remove the stigma of the disease; lead to early detection and proper treatment; prompt greater utilization of community resources; and ultimately improve quality-of-life.

The mission of the American Brain Tumor Association is to advance the understanding and treatment of brain tumors with the goals of improving, extending and, ultimately, saving the lives of those impacted by a brain tumor diagnosis. We do this through interactions and engagements with brain tumor patients and their families, collaborations with allied groups and organizations, and the funding of brain tumor research.

The American Heart Association is the nation's oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke.

To improve the lives of all Americans, we provide public health education in a variety of ways. We're the nation's leader in CPR education training. We help people understand the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. We provide science-based treatment guidelines to healthcare professionals to help them provide quality care to their patients. We have funded more than $5 billion in heart disease and stroke research, more than any organization outside the federal government.

With your help, we are working toward improving the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20 percent, and reducing deaths from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20 percent.

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), founded in 1993 by Evelyn H. Lauder, works to achieve prevention and a cure for breast cancer in our lifetime by providing critical funding for innovative clinical and translational research at leading medical centers worldwide, and increasing public awareness about good breast health. Since its inception, the Foundation has raised over 2 billion dollars to support research at medical institutions across the globe conducting the most advanced and promising breast cancer research that will help lead to prevention and a cure.

Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, formerly The Heuga Center for Multiple Sclerosis, transforms lives by delivering health and wellness programs on exercise, nutrition, symptom management, and motivation to help families with MS thrive. The organization has helped thousands of people living with MS transform challenges into possibilities in health and life. Can Do MS honors the legacy and beliefs of the organization's founder, Jimmie Heuga, who founded the organization in 1984.

To accelerate breakthroughs, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation provides today's best young scientists with funding to pursue innovative cancer research. We support emerging leaders who have great potential to achieve breakthroughs in how we diagnose, treat and prevent cancer. Our goals are to: Identify the best and brightest early career scientists in cancer research; Accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into new diagnostic tools and treatments; Enable risk taking on bold new ideas. Since 1946, the Foundation has invested over $500 million in more than 3,500 of the best and brightest scientists in the nation.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children worldwide. FMSC meals are hand-packed by volunteers and sent to an incredible network of partner organizations that distribute them to those in need. More than 1.5 million volunteers pack over 350 million FMSC meals each year and over 90% of total donations go directly to feed kids.

The mission of the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller, who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.
