The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) was founded by a consortium of organizations to fill the gap that existed on a national level to assure quality of care and excellence in service to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related illnesses, and to their caregivers and families.
AFA’s mission is to provide optimal care and services to individuals confronting dementia, and to their caregivers and families – through member organizations dedicated to improving quality-of- life. Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, formerly The Heuga Center for Multiple Sclerosis, transforms lives by delivering health and wellness programs on exercise, nutrition, symptom management, and motivation to help families with MS thrive. The organization has helped thousands of people living with MS transform challenges into possibilities in health and life. In 2018, we provided programs to more than 50,000 people. Can Do MS honors the legacy and beliefs of the organization’s founder, Jimmie Heuga, who founded the organization in 1984.

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to providing nutritious meals to children worldwide. FMSC meals are hand-packed by volunteers and sent to an incredible network of partner organizations that distribute them to those in need. More than 1.3 million volunteers packed nearly 365 million FMSC meals in 2018. More than 91 percent of total donations go directly to feed kids.
